EXCHANGE AND REFUND
How to Exchange Only eligible items can be exchanged. When you want to exchange the hair extension, please contact us first about the problem you met, we will try our best to solve it. If your problem can’t be solved without exchange, we will be happy to accept it and add your name in our exchange system. You can then send the item back to the address on the original shipment. Please contact us to get the shipping address, exchange or return won't be accepted without contacting and refund will get back your account in 5——10 days.
1. Please send pictures of the hair extensions first to us when you decide to make exchange or return.
2. The exchange can be done in the same style, and if you want to exchange the different style, you should pay the price difference.
3. There won't be any re-stocking fee charged for exchange, but Clients need to afford the shipping cost of the hair extensions.
4. The same shipping information and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your exchange order, unless specified.
Expedite the Exchange Process (Cross-ship) Need your exchange product now? Place a new order online or email firstname.lastname@example.org.We will ship your new product without delay if you agree to have the new purchase paid with PayPal. Indicate the new order number on the Exchange Request Form and when we receive and process the eligible returned product, we'll issue a refund without restocking fees.
Return Policy We gladly accept returns on all eligible products. We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, Return postage is on buyer. How to Return Only eligible hair extensions can be returned. Please contact us first about the problem you met, we will try our best to solve your problem.
